IP&MA provides educational programs and competency assessments in a variety of formats to help your team meet your training and education needs.

  • CIC Certification Prep Course

    Most years, less than ¾ of candidates pass the CIC certification exam. More than 95% of our students have passed the exam on their first try. Our CIC exam preparation program is now available as a self-paced online course.
